Our Assistant Director, along with the Director, oversees all aspects of programming at Spruce. Primary responsibilities include: clinical & staff supervision, program development, marketing involving limited travel, assistance in responding to referral calls and some oversight of technological aspects of program.
Looking for a seasoned clinician with considerable direct service and supervisory experience. Prior work with this population and residential treatment is ideal. Experience facilitating groups is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication. Quick learner with great organizational skills and attention to detail. We are seeking a highly professional, energetic, enthusiastic team player with outstanding references. Master’s Degree in a clinical discipline and significant experience in the mental health field required.
