Assistant Director

Spruce Mountain Inn, in its 36th year, has a national reputation for clinical and programmatic excellence, and serves residents from across the country. Our Assistant Director, along with the Director, oversees all aspects of programming at Spruce. Primary responsibilities include: clinical & staff supervision, program development, assistance in responding to referral calls and some oversight of technological aspects of programming.

We are seeking a seasoned clinician with:

  • A Master’s Degree in clinical discipline
  • Considerable direct service and supervisory experience in the mental health field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professionalism
  • The ability to work cohesively and collaboratively with a team
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Outstanding references
