Fees

Spruce Mountain Inn is committed to providing the highest quality residential treatment and comprehensive support services while keeping our fees reasonable and competitive with other programs of our caliber.
Upon admission, all program participants begin their journey in our full residential program at "The Inn" for the initial phase of treatment. This immersive experience allows individuals to focus fully on their well-being and progress with round-the-clock support from our expert clinical team. As participants demonstrate success, stability, and readiness to take the next step in their recovery, they may apply to transition to one of the five studio apartments in "The Annex" or at "Walker Lane" for the second phase of our program.
Regardless of whether a resident resides at The Inn or in our apartments, they receive the same extensive, carefully customized spectrum of therapeutic services and support - thus, our fees remain consistent for both settings. This ensures continuity of care and allows participants to progress at a pace that meets their unique needs.
For the third and final phase of our program, residents may step down to "Greatwood Lodge," our Independent Living Program. Here, participants engage in work, school, or a combination of both, as they continue to build their independent living skills. Even at this phase, we offer access to 24/7 staff support as needed, empowering residents with the assurance that help is always readily available.
Throughout all phases of the program, our fees reflect our dedication to delivering the highest quality of service and support while remaining accessible to residents and families seeking lasting recovery.

Testimonials
Thank you for supporting me in my journey and all the difficulties I have had. You all have taught me a lot, especially self-care maintenance and self-expression. You helped me learn to respect myself and feel that I am worthy.
It is my great pleasure to thank you for the support you provided my daughter in her struggle to become a happy and functional adult. Because of your belief in fostering the human spirit, you made it possible for T. to find her own strength and define her personal weaknesses. You were there to encourage, support and nudge her to continue the tough road to recovery.
Yours is one of the few programs I have recommended without having first seen it, just based on the strength of your reputation. I am even more ready to use you now.
Why Residential Treatment
Residential treatment programs have the potential to be much more effective than treatment received in someone's typical living environment. Our program is designed to be immersive and community-based.
