After more than four decades of supporting young adults and their families, Spruce Mountain Inn has closed its residential treatment and transitional living programs. Our final resident discharged on October 28, 2026.

Since 1982, Spruce has been a place where young adults could find support, build meaningful relationships, develop greater independence, and discover new possibilities for their lives.

We are deeply grateful to the residents and families who entrusted us with their care, the dedicated professionals who brought our mission to life, and the many community partners who contributed to our work.

Although our programs have come to an end, we hope the relationships, experiences, and growth fostered within the Spruce community will continue to make a difference for years to come.
