Research shows the most effective treatments for depression is to address thoughts and feelings via cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to improve interpersonal relationships, and skillfully prescribed medication when needed.
This is why all of our therapists are trained in CBT. We know the importance of recognizing the internal dialogue that is getting in the way the goals you desire to achieve and the relationships you want to have. In addition to meeting with your individual therapist and family therapist weekly, you will also work with our psychiatrist to see if medications might be part of the solution.
